Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• Ability to analyze data related to processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff on inventory techniques and daily tasks.
• Maintain inventory levels and minimize product loss.
• Conduct physical counts and reconcile inventory with shipments.
• Schedule and manage warehouse staff within labor and budget constraints.
• Ensure OSHA and FDA compliance in safety and procedures.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inspections (forklifts, pallet jacks, trucks).
