Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Williamson, NY is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping. The role demands strong leadership, attention to cost management, and compliance with OSHA and FDA standards.

The position is full-time on 3rd shift from 10:00pm to 6:30am, with weekend/holiday schedules as required. Benefits available from day one and a bonus program based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse or production environment.
• Strong leadership and team development.
• Experience with inventory and cost management.
• Familiarity with MHE and FIFO basics.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall warehouse direction and performance.
• Ensure policy compliance for picking, packing, shipping and inventory.
• Train and evaluate staff on inventory techniques.
• Maintain inventory levels and control losses.
• Schedule team within budget while meeting facility demands.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
