HUNGRY, a leading workplace dining provider, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to run the Los Angeles warehouse and fulfillment operations. You will supervise a team of Warehouse Associates/Drivers, oversee receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment, and ensure strict safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or food distribution experience with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order and inventory accuracy.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using inventory management technology and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Warehouse Associates/Drivers across daily shifts.
• Train new hires on warehouse systems, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Oversee receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and quality control.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and lead cycle counts.
• Ensure OSHA-like safety and proper use of equipment in refrigerated environments.
• Coordinate staging, packing, labeling, and driver load-out; ensure on-time delivery.
