Job summary

Local Food Manufacturer in the Los Angeles area is seeking a warehouse worker with hands-on experience. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with heavy lifting and the need to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Duties include loading/unloading, receiving orders, pulling samples, inventory rotation and shipment preparation. Candidates must follow GMP and food safety guidelines and be comfortable operating pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and forklifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse setting.
• Able to operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Capable of following GMP and food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks by hand or with pallet jack, electric pallet jack, or forklift.
• Receive orders, check accuracy, pull samples, and store raw materials.
• Pull orders from inventory for customers and load into customer vehicles.
• Assist in stock rotation and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Pull, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Follow GMP and food safety guidelines.
