Prime Meats is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehousing operations and staff. You will ensure accurate labeling, smooth route readiness, and proactive inventory management across shifts. Strong communication and leadership are essential as you mentor the team and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personnel management experience.
• Warehouse/inventory control experience required.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Able to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
• Work in fast-paced industrial and cold storage environments.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
• Tolerance to cold storage temperatures.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee warehousing activities and warehouse staff.
• Report to Branch Manager.
• Ensure cross docks and local routes are ready before departures.
• Verify skids labeling accuracy and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with day shift supervisor for seamless coverage.
• Mentor team members and promote professional development.
• Generate data analyses to drive efficiency, cost savings, and sales.
• Handle interviews, hiring, training, and performance reviews.
