SugarCreek Packing Co. is seeking a dedicated warehouse supervisor for third shift. You will coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and storage, guiding forklift operators and labelers to ensure smooth movement of products while upholding strict safety standards.

Responsibilities include planning daily schedules, coordinating deliveries, and responding to shipment requests. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain accuracy and compliance, and support safety and sanitation programs

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in cold storage warehousing or related industry.
• Ability to use Excel and basic arithmetic in daily tasks.

Mansioni

• Plan the day’s delivery and pick-up schedule each morning.
• Coordinate timing of deliveries across multiple programs.
• Supervise forklift operators and labelers for efficient product movement.
• Enforce safety procedures in loading zones and warehouse.
• Ensure orders are accurate and labels are correctly applied.
• Maintain relationships across employees and supervisors.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and regulations.
