Job summary

CTK Enterprises in Antioch, Tennessee seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations supporting museum retail and e-commerce.

You will supervise the team, maintain inventory accuracy, enforce safety, and coordinate with cross‑functional groups to meet shipping deadlines. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in warehouse or logistics, a high standard of detail, and a proven ability to train and develop staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or retail fulfillment experience.
• Previous experience leading or directing warehouse employees preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with team members.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Forklift or high-reach certification is a plus.
• Experience with WMS, POS, scanning, or e-commerce fulfillment systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily work assignments for warehouse associates.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing and priorities as needed.
• Ensure orders and transfers are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for warehouse issues.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to associates.
• Train team on procedures, equipment, scanning, and safety practices.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure a safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with retail, e-commerce, events, and other teams to support fulfillment priorities.
