CTK Enterprises is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Antioch, Tennessee, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and uphold a safe, organized work environment that supports productivity and quality.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load trucks for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (as certified).
• Label, sort, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Meet productivity targets and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
