Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a high-volume distribution and fulfillment center. This hands-on leader will drive safety, continuous improvement, and performance on the floor, coaching leads and associates to meet customer metrics.

The role reports to the Site Operations Supervisor and General Manager, ensuring KPI achievement and strong cross-functional collaboration across teams. Contract runs through December 31, 2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution/fulfillment center or comparable high-volume operations.
• Progressive responsibility within a single employer.
• Strong operations background—linking people, processes, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, internal processing, and outbound movement within your shift/area.
• Maintain a union-free environment by fostering direct relationships between management and associates.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve service, capacity, productivity, and quality.
• Collaborate with Site Operations Supervisor and General Manager to consistently hit customer metrics.
