Job summary

Home Run Inn Pizza is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at our Woodridge, IL facility. You will lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory, and partner with Supply Chain and Production to meet production and customer needs.

You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, manage staffing and training, and champion continuous improvement across processes and systems in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years of direct supervisory, leadership, or coaching experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, WMS functionality, RF scanning, and warehouse transaction processes preferred.
• Consumer packaged goods, food manufacturing, or regulated warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse teammates across Shipping, Receiving, Components, Raw Materials, Packaging, and Finished Goods.
• Build schedules, assign priorities, adjust staffing, and communicate expectations.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance feedback, cross-training, and development.
• Maintain training documentation, skills matrices, forklift certifications, refresher training, and competency requirements.
• Lead daily warehouse huddles and ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and operational priorities.
• Oversee finished goods inventory, scanning, staging, picking, and shipment preparation.
• Coordinate shuttle schedules, carrier pickups, and cost-effective freight solutions.
• Own warehouse inventory accuracy and cycle count execution.
• Develop SOPs, standard work, and system adoption; drive continuous improvement.
