Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree OR at least three years related experience in a food manufacturing or GMP environment.
• Prior lead/ supervisory experience in an operations environment.
• Experience in lean operations including 5S.
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and monitors day-to-day operation of assigned area, ensuring smooth flow and efficient operations.
• Supervises outbound shipments, NOW Foods deliveries and customer pickups; determines method of shipment.
• Prepares receiving reports, shipping documents, bills of lading, and returns authorizations.
• Ensures safety, GMP, and quality policies are followed; leads continuous improvement initiatives.
