Home Run Inn in Woodridge, IL is hiring a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. You’ll help bring our Chicago tavern-style pizzas to life by preparing, assembling, packaging, and labeling products while upholding quality and safety standards.

This full-time, first-shift role operates Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, 5:30am-2pm. The successful candidate works well with others, follows recipes, and stays detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food processing or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Willingness to follow all food safety and GMP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain food processing equipment according to established procedures.
• Assist with assembling, packaging, and labeling products.
• Follow recipes, measurements, and product specifications to ensure consistency.
• Follow proper procedures when handling raw ingredients.
• Keep materials available as needed and support production goals while maintaining safety and quality.
