Job summary

Spang & Company–Magnetics division in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct all warehouse functions, oversee shipments, and manage inventory and ERP transactions. You will ensure compliance, safety, and staff performance while coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications include an associate degree in a related field and five years of warehouse management plus international shipping experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• At least five years of warehouse management and international shipping experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS Cloud) is required.
• Ability to operate forklifts and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Spanish language reading/speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and participate in all warehouse functions.
• Ensure on-time shipments and receipt/transfer of goods and materials.
• Manage ERP transactions and act as system expert (IFS Cloud).
• Oversee inventory setup, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Maintain safety records, certifications, and training of staff.
• Supervise staff performance through coaching and discipline.
• Recruit, train, and develop warehouse employees, ensuring compliance with laws.
