Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.

• BS degree or two years supervisory experience in a production or merchandising function (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manages an hourly team to ensure timely processing and distribution of merchandise to stores.
• Uses MAP process to train, assess, motivate, coach, and evaluate associates.
• Ensures rapid and accurate movement of merchandise through standards.
• Organizes daily work orders and staffing to meet production goals.
• Maintains accuracy and quality of work by Ross and temporary staff.
• Conducts daily huddles to communicate priorities and objectives.
• Oversees safety compliance and disciplinary actions per company policy.
• Performs administrative tasks and assists with interviews and hiring.
