Regal Rexnord seeks a Warehouse Lead in Arlington, TX to manage receiving, storage, and shipment of materials for manufacturing. You will guide warehouse staff, enforce safety, and maintain inventory accuracy while aligning with RBS standards.

You will collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to optimize daily operations, ensure material availability, and uphold FIFO and traceability. A background in manufacturing and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; technical diploma/certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience leading a crew of warehouse associates and providing feedback.
• Advanced proficiency across all warehouse functions (picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory).
• Certified and capable of operating all required warehouse equipment (site-specific PIVs).
• Strong understanding of warehouse systems (ERP/WMS, RF scanners, reporting tools).

Aufgaben

• Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, inventory movements, picking, staging, shipping.
• Review production schedules and ensure material availability for manufacturing.
• Monitor inventory transactions and perform cycle counts and audits.
• Investigate variances and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure FIFO, traceability and quality requirements are met.
• Lead daily tier meetings with associates per RBS standards and ensure tasks follow instructions.
• Promote Lean manufacturing and compliance with EHS procedures.
