Job summary

Regal Rexnord is expanding its Arlington, TX facility. We seek an Electrical Assembly Lead to collaborate with the Production Supervisor and leaders to build this new plant.

You will lead the electrical assembly team, ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals, and drive Lean processes while adhering to ISO standards. Responsibilities include daily tier meetings, work instruction compliance, and investigations along with promoting Regal Rexnord values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical diploma/certifications in electrical or manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of directly related manufacturing experience in electrical panel/switchgear assembly.
• Experience leading a crew of assemblers/technicians with coaching and feedback.
• Strong knowledge of low/medium voltage switchgear assembly, wiring, and testing; reading schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot practical electrical/mechanical problems on the line.
• Adherence to Regal Rexnord Values: integrity, responsibility, urgency, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical assembly with workstation setup and materials preparation.
• Update and lead daily tier meetings with associates per RBS standards.
• Ensure work instructions, standards, and specs are followed.
• Promote Lean manufacturing per RBS standards.
• Follow ISO standards and site practices.
• Participate in quality inspections to verify adherence to standards.
• Ensure EHS procedures, goals, and site initiatives are followed.
• Promote Regal Business Systems and values.
• Collaborate with extended team on investigations related to Safety and Quality.
