Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift (12pm–8pm) in Mayville, WI. This role directly supervises the warehouse and shipping teams, plans workloads, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipping schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all phases of shipping and warehouse operations including schedules and loading.
• Maintains inventory and ensures safe, compliant procedures.
• Directs staff, assigns tasks, and drives productivity on the shift.
• Coordinates CI meetings and reports to management.
