Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Mayville, ND to directly supervise and coordinate all activities in the warehouse and shipping department.

You will plan, assign, and direct work, lead CI meetings, address issues, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations to maximize productivity. You will maintain inventory integrity, oversee scheduling, and drive improvements to reduce costs and boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse/shipping operations.
• Familiarity with GMPs and safety policies.
• Ability to lead and train staff and coordinate schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of shipping and warehouse operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product loss control.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and ensure safety guidelines.
• Prepare reports and monitor performance.
