Job summary

Saputo, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift (12pm-8pm) on-site in Mayville, WI. This role directs warehouse and shipping activities, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance with MOS and CI processes.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating schedules, leading CI meetings, and resolving operational issues while upholding GMP and quality standards. A strong leader with hands-on experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience leading and enforcing Safety/Security Policies.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and lead teams across functions.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all phases of shipping and warehouse operations, including scheduling and loading.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and loss control; ensures safe handling and compliance.
• Collaborates with plant management to assign, direct, and monitor staff.
• Establishes work schedules to meet business needs and productivity goals.
• Identifies efficiency improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Ensures proper procedures for sanitation, quality, and safety policies.
