Job summary

Sysco Redistribution Center is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate handling of goods. You will lead a team, monitor productivity, coach staff, and coordinate coverage for vacations and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehousing with supervisory training, strong communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform essential duties.
• Experience in supervisory roles or as a lead is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with management and colleagues.
• Ability to plan, organize, analyze data, and solve problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must pass a functional capacity test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure safety and productivity.
• Coordinate staffing to cover vacations, holidays, and shifts.
• Monitor workflow and use labor data to balance work areas.
• Coach performance and manage attendance and payroll records.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain warehouse integrity, security, and equipment appearance.
