Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation seeks a Warehouse Specialist Lead for the SD area to manage the full range of receipt, stow and issue of material. You will ensure MIL-STD 129N compliance, perform shelf-life inspections, and provide kit cost estimates.

A second-shift differential of $1 per hour and a lead differential of $2.50 per hour apply, with duties including supervising daily work and coordinating storage operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years college or technical training preferred (education can be substituted by experience).
• 5 years general material handling, supply, distribution, inspection or related experience.
• 3 years specific experience in material handling and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in scheduling work and instruct a group of employees.
• Perform evaluations and help maintain a smooth workflow with records.
• May act on behalf of supervisor during emergencies or absences.
• Identify, examine, classify, accept, reject, and dispose of material per regulations.
• Read supply manuals, specs, drawings, and prints; conduct inventory research.
• Load/unload materials from skids, pallets, and stands; operate MHE as assigned.
