Job summary

Crane is seeking a dedicated warehouse specialist in Ohio to oversee daily operations on-site, directing team members and ensuring accurate order picking and packing. You will perform inventory counts, enforce safety standards, and operate forklifts and RF scanners as part of routine logistics duties.

Responsibilities include supervising staff per supervisor guidance, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, and supporting continuous process improvements in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to operate forklift and related warehouse equipment.
• Comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the team supervisor.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Perform inventory counts as directed and make adjustments when needed and authorized.
• Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures.
• Delegate warehouse housekeeping duties and ensure daily completion.
• Loads and unloads materials using pallets, forklift, or other equipment.
• Operate warehouse management system with RF equipment.
• Fills client orders safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Maintain on-site presence at assigned location.
• Other duties as assigned.
