Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Lead for the 2nd shift at the New Cumberland, PA site. The role involves leading a group of warehouse staff, scheduling work, and ensuring accurate storage and dispatch of materials in compliance with MIL-STD 129N.

You will perform inventory control, COSIS/Shelf-Life inspections, and use WMS data while coordinating with various programs. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under minimal supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years specific experience in material handling, supply, distribution, inspection, quality assurance, or related areas.
• Knowledge of supply inspection/examination procedures for material.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, E-mail).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in scheduling work and instructing a group of employees.
• Maintain records and help ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify, classify, accept or reject material per regulations.
• Operate MHE and input data to WMS and other systems.
• Prepare labels and reports as required.
• Follow SOPs and coordinate material with storage locations.
