Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the GDEC TO16 site in New Cumberland, PA. The role oversees receipt, stow, issue, and inventory of material, ensuring MIL-STD 129 compliance and COSIS/shelf-life inspections as required.

Requires experience with DSS and distribution systems, plus MS Office proficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating staff, maintaining records, and performing material inspections; strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Knowledge of supply inspection/examination procedures for material.
Knowledge of inventory research techniques for unmarked/defective material requiring identification.
Proficient in DSS and other automated distribution systems; familiar with MIL-STD 129.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Email).
Able to work as part of a team and under minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in scheduling work and instruct a group of employees.
Maintain flow of work and records; perform evaluations.
May act on behalf of a Project Supervisor in emergencies or absence.
Identify, examine, classify, accept/reject, and dispose of material per regulations.
Read manuals, specifications, drawings, and prints; conduct inventory.
Load/unload materials; perform shelf-life and COSIS actions.
Prepare labels and reports; operate MHE and input data into DSS.
