Job summary

Frymaster, a Welbilt brand, designs and supplies premier commercial fryers for the global foodservice market. We seek a Production Supervisor Shipping/Receiving I to lead all warehouse receiving, shipping, and transfer operations in Shreveport, LA, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

The role emphasizes safety, process standardization, team development, and cross-functional coordination with Purchasing, Planning, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent job experience.
• 3–5 years' experience supervising or leading employees in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse receiving, shipping, and transfer operations.
• Develop and implement performance management, training, and employee development processes.
• Ensure and implement a succession plan for key roles.
• Monitor safety PPE adherence and 5S at docks; ensure safe operation of powered industrial trucks.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve dock productivity.
• Directly manage receiving, shipping, and material transfer teams.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound transactions with Purchasing, Planning, and Customer Service.
