Job summary

Frymaster, a Welbilt brand, is seeking a Production Supervisor Shipping/Receiving I in Shreveport, LA. You will lead all warehouse receiving, shipping, and transfer operations, ensuring safe and efficient material flow.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will develop teams, implement training, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications include 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics, a Bachelor’s or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with equivalent job experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience supervising or leading employees in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or related field.
• Strong communication and computer skills; experienced with Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, shipping, and material transfer teams to ensure accurate, timely movement of materials.
• Drive safety culture, enforce PPE and 5S at docks, and certify operators of material handling equipment.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning and Customer Service to prioritize inbound/outbound work.
• Implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve dock efficiency.
• Report to Warehouse Manager and develop performance management and training processes.
