Job summary

Unifoil is seeking a Distribution and Shipping/Receiving Supervisor in Fairfield, NJ to lead a 3–4 person warehouse team, oversee daily shipping and receiving, and ensure accurate handling of materials. You will coordinate carriers, manage paperwork, and maintain strict labeling and storage protocols.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and cross‑functional coordination with production to optimize material flow.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or logistics.
• Minimum 3+ years leading or supervising a warehouse team.
• Demonstrated forklift/clamp truck operation experience and certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities; prioritize, assign, and verify completion.
• Supervise a 3–4 person warehouse team; provide direction and feedback.
• Schedule carrier pickups, inbound deliveries, and outbound shipments; communicate with stakeholders.
