Job summary

UNFI in Edison, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead shipping/receiving operations, ensure on-time, accurate execution, and maintain safe, efficient processes across the warehouse.

You will supervise frontline staff, coordinate with other departments, provide training, manage reports, and uphold company procedures. Three+ years of warehouse experience and an associates degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Three or more years of progressive related experience.
• Knowledge of purchasing and inventory procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate warehouse leads and staff to complete daily workload efficiently.
• Oversee all warehouse functions on a daily basis.
• Prepare reports and maintain required paperwork.
• Provide new hire and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with management to meet goals.
