Job summary

Trivium Packaging is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate shipping/receiving with the warehouse team in Reno. You will drive processes, oversee daily tasks, and lead by example in safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor.

You will manage forklift operations, oversee cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory movement with a focus on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of inventory management systems experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office at a functional level.
• Forklift and material handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities with the warehouse team.
• Act as process leader and direct daily work assignments as needed.
• Maintain forklift operations and participate in forklift certification as needed.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and ensure FIFO compliance.
