Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Experience training staff and managing shifts.
• Ability to create and maintain SOPs and job descriptions.
• Proficient in SAP shipping and receiving processes.
• Capable of conducting audits and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for training and process of current and new employees assisting in checking in drivers, technicians and contractors.
• Ensure reporting is complete and submitted.
• Ensure all shipping and receiving paperwork is completed per SOP and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Department Managers to meet customer department needs.
• Provide analytical data and present at different levels.
