Job summary

Arvato in Fargo, ND is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee labor, equipment, and warehouse processes for data center hardware deployment. You will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution, and ensure orders meet schedules with high accuracy.

You will train and supervise shifts, optimize layout, manage inventory with WMS/SAP, perform cycle counts, enforce safety standards, and identify cost-saving improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• SAP or equivalent WMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping data center hardware.
• Manage labor resources and schedule shifts.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, forklift operators.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
