Starting pay is $17.49 per hour with progressive pay steps. Expect lifting up to 50 lbs, overtime including weekends, and coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure safe, timely shipping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift 40 lb. and occasionally more.
• Must be able to work overtime; including weekends.
• Basic experience using window-based applications for RF scanner.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort and build product onto pallets to meet customer expectations.
• Operate machinery to apply shrink wrap to pallets.
• Perform pre- and post-equipment checklists.
• Move goods between trucks/trailers and loading dock using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Scan, weigh, and track inventory; report shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure safe shipping.
