Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or receiving operations, with 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Proficient experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory software.
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety regulations and proper use of equipment are followed.
• Monitor daily receiving/shipping operations and data entry/documentation of shipments.
• Allocate workloads to meet deadlines and optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of employees.
• Review SOPs and drive process improvements.
