Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Rockford, IL is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Coordinator to support the warehouse team. The role involves receiving, unloading trucks, and ensuring accurate inventory through JDE system processing.

You will lead assigned personnel on each shift, maintain ISO standards, and coordinate with procurement to resolve delivery issues. Strong computer and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• TABE testing requirements met at approved grade level for position.
• Basic Mathematical Skills and ability to perform calculations.
• Intermediate Computer Skills: proficient with common software and systems.
• Full Professional Proficiency: fluent reading/writing/speaking for professional needs.
• Very High Reasoning: analyze data, draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and delegate tasks to warehouse staff to meet deadlines.
• Compare packing lists to physical inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Update inventory as product is delivered and process invoices in JDE.
• Process incoming freight and complete paperwork (BOLs, manifests).
• Lead shift personnel to achieve productivity targets.
• Identify and implement improvements to receiving procedures.
