Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Coordinator in Rockford, IL. The role supports the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager by ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper storage of incoming deliveries.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, verifying invoices, and processing goods through the JDE system. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to lead a shift, and compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• TABE testing requirements met at approved grade level for position.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to perform complex computer tasks.
• Full professional proficiency: speak, read, and write fluently for professional needs.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret extensive technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify goods for stock and non-stock items.
• Coordinate tasks for warehouse personnel to meet deadlines.
• Compare packing lists with physical inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Update inventory in the JDE system as deliveries are received.
• Communicate with procurement and business units to resolve delivery issues.
• Process paperwork (BOLs, manifests) and maintain ISO standards in warehouse operations.
• Lead shift personnel to meet productivity targets.
• Identify process improvements for receiving procedures.
