Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Warehouse Package Handler Lead in Orlando, FL. This role supervises offloading, loading, and sorting, trains new hires, and collaborates with Area and Operations Managers to support metrics and company values.

Responsibilities include promoting safety, guiding package handlers, and ensuring accurate handling and documentation. Must be 18+, with 1 year of industry and leadership experience preferred, and a GED/HS diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1 year of industry experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
• Train and guide Package Handlers with hands-on demonstrations.
• Oversee handling, sorting, and inspection to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
• Monitor equipment and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Check in/out third-party drivers and ensure documentation accuracy.
