Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of industry experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–35 lbs regularly; up to 150 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide Package Handlers with hands-on demonstrations.
• Oversee package handling, sorting, and inspection for accuracy and safety.
• Ensure proper documentation and manifest accuracy; coordinate with drivers and dock staff.
• Monitor equipment function and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Enforce safety protocols and dock procedures to prevent injuries.
