Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Warehouse Package Handler Lead to oversee offloading, loading, and sorting of packages. You will train new hires, support metrics, and uphold company values in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a night shift, supervise a team, and ensure safety protocols are followed while maintaining high accuracy in operations. OnTrac offers competitive pay and benefits to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of industry experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Regularly lift, push, pull 25-35 lbs and up to 150 lbs with pallet jack.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide Package Handlers with hands-on demonstrations.
• Oversee loading, unloading, and sorting to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
• Monitor equipment functionality and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Check in/out third-party drivers and verify credentials.
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
