Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Operator III to safely operate forklifts and support warehouse operations, including picking, shipping, receiving, and maintaining organized inventory.

You will work Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential overtime, and you will help train associates while maintaining KPIs. Nestlé offers competitive benefits, incentives, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain valid forklift operator certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to follow safety procedures including Nestlé Life Saving Rules.
• Ability to read/write in English and understand simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks; verify shipments against documentation.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Organize storage areas; ensure proper labeling and accessibility.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate daily activities and workflow.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment per SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Attend daily shift meetings to review results vs. goals.
• Provide on-the-job training to associates for specific duties.
