Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift on-site in Jacksonville, FL. The role includes assigning tasks, coaching staff, and reporting to management, with a focus on safety and process improvement for a GMP food-grade warehouse.

You will oversee 15–20 associates, coordinate vacations and timesheets, and ensure inventory control and customer satisfaction while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some college work.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for product, associates, and temps.
• Follow procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Provide coaching and training to associates.
• Monitor attendance and safety compliance; assist with vacations and payroll.
