Job summary

Home Chef is seeking an Operations & Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Bedford Park, IL. The role oversees the warehouse and operations team, ensures tasks are completed safely, and works with Production to resolve issues and maintain efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising leads and associates, enforcing standard procedures, auditing storage, and coordinating shift handoffs. The position requires strong leadership, safety focus, and proficiency with WMS and data systems.

Qualifications

• Requires supervision of 5–10 employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse & ops team for the shift, ensuring tasks are executed safely and properly.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot issues; manage performance of leads and associates.
• Collaborate with production and other stakeholders to optimize operations.
• Conduct end-of-shift walkthroughs and ensure proper cleanup and return to assigned locations.
