Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to Repack Leads.
• Oversee daily workflow of weld repackaging and material handling.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to develop production schedules.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and records for weld-related materials.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety training.
• Address and resolve conflicts among team members.
• Compile and submit KPIs and safety metrics reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
