Job summary

Buckhead Meat of Houston, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, loading and shipping, ensuring productivity, accuracy and safety across the Houston facility.

You will direct warehouse staff, enforce SOPs, coach performance, and collaborate with safety, quality and distribution teams to meet customer deadlines. Requires 3–5 years supervisory experience in a distribution center; knowledge of RF devices and OSHA regulations; Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3–5 years equivalent education/work experience in distribution.
3–5 years warehouse supervisory experience in a re-distribution/distribution center.
Experience with handheld RF units and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

Direct, coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure quality, safety and standard procedures.
Maintain staffing, training and performance evaluations; address conflicts and develop staff.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving improvements without compromising safety or service.
Prepare reports and communicate with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
Enforce OSHA and company safety policies and conduct regular safety meetings.
