LifeScience Logistics LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including supervising personnel, coordinating training, and ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role involves collaboration with customers to resolve shipping and inventory issues and adherence to SOPs. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with reach trucks and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Shows strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reach truck experience and forklift operation knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse software (WMS).

Responsabilités

• Process and requisition supplies, package materials for shipment.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate daily activities.
• Coordinate employee training including safety and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to resolve shipping/inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare work schedules and cover shifts as needed.
• Address grievances and manage disciplinary actions.
• Assist supervisor with process improvements and productivity statistics.
• Maintain sanitation and compliant workplace conditions.
• Ensure accurate time and attendance records.
