Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to direct all warehouse and distribution activities in a fast-paced environment in San Antonio, TX. You will drive safety, efficiency, and optimal use of facilities, equipment, and personnel while meeting regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities include leading the warehouse management team, coaching staff, ensuring accurate receiving, slotting and shipping, maintaining safety programs and OSHA compliance, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in distribution or related leadership roles.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems including inbound/outbound inventory.
• Experience with labor relations and performance coaching.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety rules to eliminate accidents and injuries.
• Lead warehouse management team and associates; provide coaching.
• Direct receiving, slotting, and shipping with focus on accuracy and productivity.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety programs are followed.
• Collaborate with RDC departments to optimize product flow and reduce costs.
• Maintain warehouse appearance, maintenance, and security; manage records.
