Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a senior-level Warehouse Operations Leader in Monroe, MI to oversee the distribution and warehouse teams. You will drive safe, efficient operations, optimize facilities usage, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines.

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, implement sanitation and safety programs, and partner with Transportation, HR, and Administration to maximize product flow and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.
10+ years of verifiable management/leadership experience in a distribution environment.
Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and labor management concepts.

Responsibilities

Direct warehouse and distribution operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
Oversee safety rules and reduce accidents and injuries.
Hire, train, and evaluate warehouse management staff and associates.
Collaborate with RDC departments to optimize product flow and cost.
Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
Lead development and execution of staffing, coaching, and performance reviews.
