Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Walton, KY is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee receiving, unloading, loading and inventory tasks, guiding warehouse staff to meet customer needs.

You will assign work, supervise day-to-day activities, ensure safety, complete reports, and cooperate with maintenance and other teams. The role requires 18+, 2+ years warehouse experience, and forklift experience; benefits include weekly pay, health coverage, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years or older.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise loading/unloading, outbound staging, and labeling.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report to maintenance.
• Advise on care and preservation of products and proper equipment use.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by assisting associates in warehouse functions.
• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity procedures across the team.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments; perform additional duties as assigned.
