Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate Team Lead to assist the Section Manager in coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations. You will lead team meetings, manage priorities, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety policies are followed.

The role requires prior leadership in manufacturing or logistics, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to lift parts and operate basic warehouse equipment. Competitive hourly pay included.
