Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires leadership capability and attendance record.
• Two years progressive warehouse experience with leadership.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving and data analysis.
• Willingness to work with management and take responsibility.
• Experience with or ability to learn IMS/DView and Lean concepts.
• Commitment to lean/continuous improvement in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated leadership; train, coach, and mentor employees.
• Understand and apply designated work area processes and bills of materials.
• Interpret work instructions and diagnose issues; communicate with Materials, Quality, IT, etc.
• Collect data accurately; identify trends and propose practical solutions.
• Be assigned to specific work groups and perform essential KPP department functions.
