Job summary

RectorSeal in Earth City, MO, seeks an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and distribution activities at our Earth City facility. You will guide receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and packaging while ensuring safety, accuracy, and quality across teams.

You will supervise and develop staff, maintain inventory integrity, and drive improvements by addressing root causes and coordinating with cross-functional partners to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience in distribution/warehouse.
• Working knowledge of warehouse safety, inventory control, and accurate warehouse transactions.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work across receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, kitting, and packaging.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop associates; address attendance and performance concerns.
• Maintain inventory integrity through system transactions, cycle counts, and corrective actions.
• Prepare for and support inventory counts and audits; investigate variances and root causes.
• Oversee warehouse activities and coordinate work across departments to meet customer commitments.
• Enforce safety procedures and PPE and drive compliance with warehouse rules.
• Monitor KPIs, communicate risks, and drive problem resolution.
• Collaborate with Planning, Customer Success, Manufacturing and others to resolve shortages and process issues.
